Adjustable Sleeving Plate

Adjustable sleeving plates are vertical plates positioned in front of and behind the pack during elevation.

As the pack rises into the film, the plates draw the film tight across the top, front and back faces of the pack, ensuring correct film tension prior to folding and sealing.

The fixed sleeving plate is mounted flush with and above the stop plate. The adjustable sleeving plate is clamped at the required pack width from the fixed plate, allowing the pack to be held securely between the two during elevation.
