Bed Clearing Device

A bed clearing device is an optional unit mounted above the folding deck of the machine.

Its function is to push packs clear of the sealing area and away from the heaters if product flow into the machine is interrupted. This helps prevent packs remaining stationary in heated zones, reducing the risk of film damage or overheating.

The bed clearing device supports safe operation and protects both product and packaging during temporary interruptions.
