Film Slitter

A film slitter is a system used to slit BOPP film to the required width for overwrapping applications. 

It can be integrated into the machine to slit film during operation, with a powered waste take-up system removing and collecting excess film onto a separate reel. Units may be fitted with single or twin blades depending on application requirements.

Freestanding slitter units are also available and can be retrofitted to existing overwrappers.
