ABS Series 1 Collating & Banding Product Bundles

The Marden Edwards ABS Series 1 provides automatic collation and banding of grouped products, using either paper or BOPP banding material.

In this video, cosmetic cartons are collated, aligned and securely banded at speeds of up to 40 bundles per minute.

Using two banding units, the ABS Series 1 can group individual cartons into secure bundles whilst using considerably less packaging material than a full overwrap. Paper banding also provides an alternative for manufacturers looking to reduce the amount of plastic used in secondary packaging.

The system is suitable for a wide range of production and packaging lines where products need to be collated and secured for retail display, handling or transit.
