Marden Edwards designs and builds a range of automated banding systems for securing, grouping, and presenting products. Our systems work with both BOPP polypropylene film and heat sealable paper, providing a packaging method that reduces material use while keeping products protected and retail-ready.
Our banding machines are available with band widths from 29 mm to 150 mm, making them suitable for a wide variety of carton sizes and grouped products. Depending on your production requirements, banders can be configured with one or more banding heads. A single head can operate automatically at speeds of up to 20 bands per minute.
In addition to our three main machine models, we also offer customised banding solutions to meet individual production needs.
From smaller, delicate cartons to larger, heavier bundles, our banding machinery can be set up to handle different product dimensions, packaging styles, and throughput rates. This flexibility makes them suitable for a variety of industries — from cosmetics and food to print, publishing, and pharmaceuticals.
Our banding machine range meets the demand for more sustainable packaging methods. By using minimal material, banding helps reduce waste and, helping meet packaging reduction targets. Choose between recyclable BOPP film and biodegradable heat sealable paper to suit your product and environmental goals.
