The Marden Edwards Banknote Systems range combines proven mechanical design with flexible automation. Each system performs a specific role within the banknote workflow and can be configured to suit individual layouts and production capacities.
High capacity feeder (HCF):
Transports stacks of loose banknotes using independent carriages that integrate with cash-sorting equipment. Provides an automatic, continuous supply of notes with configurable buffers and optional hand-loading and inspection stations.
Automatic hand feeder (SFX10):
A compact feeder for circulated notes, fully integrated with the sorting line. Its large configurable buffer allows efficient manual input while maintaining continuous operation across multiple sorters.
Universal bundling system (USB):
Automatically collates pre-strapped banknotes into standard 1,000-note bundles. Bundles are securely banded and wrapped, with optional printing and labelling for full traceability.
Post packaging solution (PPS):
Designed for single-denomination bundles, the PPS collates, bands and wraps 1,000-note packs with optional labelling and identification features for secure tracking.
Cartoning and palletising packing cell (CPPS):
A compact robotic system for automated case packing and palletising. Configurable to specific layouts, with options for pallet buffers and stretch wrapping to suit different levels of automation.
