Semi Automatic Overwrapping Cosmetic Cartons at Speeds up to 10 per minute

In this video, we demonstrate the efficient process of overwrapping cosmetic cartons using Marden Edwards' Semi-Automatic Overwrapping Machine. 

The operating procedure is as follows:

The operator begins by manually wrapping the carton with film, using the foot pedal to cut the excess film and make the initial seal. The carton is then placed onto the machine, where the semi-automatic wrapping process continues.

The machine folds the excess film around the carton, producing precise and consistent folds on all sides.

Finally, the film is heat sealed to secure the wrap, providing tamper evidence, product protection and a high-quality finished pack.
