B Series Overwrapper with Banding System

This video demonstrates a Marden Edwards B-Series overwrapping machine integrated with a collating and banding system, providing both individual carton wrapping and secondary bundling within the same packaging line.

Each carton is first overwrapped in clear BOPP film, with tear tape for easy opening. The wrapped cartons are then automatically collated into groups of three before passing through the banding unit, where they are secured in a 3x1x1 bundle format.

Operating at speeds of up to 30 cartons per minute, the combined system provides consistent product handling throughout the wrapping, collation and banding process. Using a band for the final grouped pack also reduces the amount of material required compared with fully wrapping the complete bundle.
